Afghan American Academy is a non-profit educational organization that provides Online English and soft skills classes for Afghan women and girls who currently have limited access to formal education in Afghanistan.
Our programs are open to Afghan women and girls living in Afghanistan or abroad who wish to improve their English and professional skills. We welcome all learners regardless of age or background.
Yes! All our online classes are completely of charge. We believe every Afghan woman deserves access to education, no matter her financial situation.
We offer English language classes, communication skills, digital literacy, and career-readiness workshops. Our goal is to help women learn practical, real-world skills that create new opportunities.

You only need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access. Classes are hosted through easy-to-use platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
Our teachers are qualified volunteer educators from the U.S. and around the world. They are passionate about supporting Afghan women and providing a safe, encouraging learning experience.
Course durations vary by level — most last between 8 to 12 weeks. Students can continue advancing to higher levels as they improve.
Beyond learning, we help connect graduates with scholarship opportunities, global mentorship, and job readiness programs, so they can confidently build independent and successful futures.
